🔹 Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- To request a return, please contact us at contact@royalbigthree.com with your order details and reason for return.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
🔹 Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or specially requested gemstones cannot be returned.
- Raw gemstones sold as-is are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.
- Any product that has been altered, resized, or tampered with after purchase is not eligible for return.
🔹 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
🔹 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
